finder’s fee – Alex the Fairy – rusty blade tears – FEE002

FEE002_AFEE002_B

Alex the Fairy returns to Finder’s Fee with rusty blade tears, the second record of three. The first track, a 4/4 kick blindly barging through an arcade is followed by a bathtub riding down the motorway in a Dali-esque landscape. On the B-side, an angry cordless phone precedes some rusty ice cubes in arctic water.

Finder’s Fee is a label for found sounds, found melodies and found rhythms.

mindcolormusic – bromic – aux4417 – aux4417

aux4417_Aaux4417_insert

finally, after a being one of the most featured artists on mindcolormusic, bromic put together a selec for a longplayer.
manifold influences between acid, idm, sometimes bass or even funky, drawn together in these trax, creating so many different mood shades between hyperactive or happy, energetic and playful acid, things to call ‘horror house’ appeal like a new kind of music even.
a solid statement, but still just a peak on the works of this dude from bergamo, italy.
i really enjoyed compiling this one, also had an interesting journey that i hope i can share by releasing this!

MMODEMM – Various Artists – drums – MDM02

MDM02_Cover_FrontMDM02_Cover_Back

Early June 2019 Frankfurt am Main based label MMODEMM unleashes DRUMS – the first of a series of vinyl compilations in the spirit of signature sounds, stating a tribute to sound-libraries – a deconstruction of your favorite preset sound-groups.
DRUMS will be followed by sound-themed releases FLUTES, VOICES and SLAPBASS within the next months.

DRUMS features a proggy composition by Eva Geist (Macadam Mambo), a raving clave inferno with odd, pitched chants by Cienfuegos (L.I.E.S.), a dance-floor drum-solo straight from Ireland by Lumigraph (Opal Tapes, Mr. Saturday Night) and last but not least – a drunk masterclass drum-lesson by Peder Mannerfelt (Avian, Berlin Atonal Rec), taking house apart with his “Dumb Drums“.
