4th release by 12records, Presenting the new Deep88 “Removing Dust” EP (Taken from the forthcoming “Removing Dust” Album that will be released later on this Year).
Main single is A2 “The Vibe”, a classic 90s beat made over a real melody, where vocals parts crossover and match each others, in two differents peaks, to create a whole “Vibe” flow from the start till the end of the song.
A1 is a test signal experiment, where samples take a different level, a sort of meta sample, a sample into a sample… Well, have a listen, it’s easier to understand that way.
Bside is 3 tracks long, not a common practice in today’s EP releases.
B1 “Grancartridge”, a moodymann house style raw song, B2 is even more raw sampling style, meanwhile B3 is a dreamy vocal house tune more common to Deep88′s style.
The result is a mature EP, that introduces the 2nd Deep88 album, always on 12records, and that will bring him into that “serious” realm of making house that is seen in some elite today (funny isn’t it… at the end it is just about music and we all have ears… maybe)
BTW less marketing on our head, this 12inch won’t be a coloured or hand written limited release, just the good old classic black one (yes it sounds better folks) and no limited copies… when is close to finish we will repress as usual.
